Usage Limits
Usage Limits
Real-time translation usage is metered based on your subscription plan. This page explains how limits work and how to monitor your usage.
Translation Time Limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of translation time:
| Plan | Monthly Translation Time |
|---|---|
| 🆓 Basic | 1 hour |
| ⭐ Pro | 10 hours |
| 🏢 Business | 100 hours |
| 🏛️ Enterprise | Unlimited |
Translation time is measured per participant — if you use translation for 30 minutes, 30 minutes are deducted from your allowance.
How the Limit Works
Rolling 30-Day Window
Translation usage is calculated using a rolling 30-day window, not a calendar month:
- The system looks at your usage over the past 30 days
- As older usage falls outside the 30-day window, your available time increases
- This means your limit gradually refreshes rather than resetting on a specific date
What Happens When You Reach the Limit
When your translation time is running low:
- Warning — You see a warning notification that you're approaching the limit
- Language lock — When the limit is reached, you can no longer change your translation language
- Translation stops — Real-time translation is paused until usage falls below the limit
You can still:
- Continue the meeting without translation
- Use the chat (chat translation is separate)
- Use all other meeting features normally
Checking Remaining Time
The system calculates and shows you:
- How many minutes you've used in the past 30 days
- How many minutes remain in your allowance
- When the next usage will expire (fall outside the 30-day window)
Monitoring Your Usage
In the Billing Page
- Go to Billing from the sidebar
- See the Translation Usage section
- A progress bar shows your current usage vs. limit
- A chart shows daily usage over the past 30 days
During a Meeting
If your translation usage is getting close to the limit, you'll see a warning notification in the meeting.
Language Pairs
In addition to time limits, your plan also limits the number of language pairs you can use:
| Plan | Language Pairs |
|---|---|
| 🆓 Basic | 1 pair |
| ⭐ Pro | 5 pairs |
| 🏢 Business | 15 pairs |
| 🏛️ Enterprise | Unlimited |
A language pair is a specific source→target combination (e.g., English→Spanish).
