Where competitors are stronger: Teams, Zoom Events, and Webex scale to 10,000+ attendees out of the box with dedicated streaming CDNs. On24 has the strongest post-event marketing automation. Where competitors fall short: Microsoft Teams' flagship Interpreter Agent (Copilot) explicitly does not work in Town Halls as of July 2026 — only in standard meetings. Zoom offers interpretation channels but requires you to hire and staff human interpreters. Google Meet ships voice-preserving speech translation on a handful of language pairs (EN ↔ ES/FR/DE/PT/IT). None of the five translate Office/PDF attachments live in the event, and none offers per-viewer editable notes with diff. Crucially, none publishes a verifiable translation-quality benchmark — quality is asserted, not proven.
