InterMIND sits next to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack: meetings stay in your calendar, a call starts from Slack and its recap lands in the thread, files open from Drive and OneDrive. What it adds is the space in every member's language — the meeting, the channel chat around it, the files, the recap — and a channel's history that stays readable. Only the members who use it. On Pro and Business each renewal counts the members who were active in the previous 28 days — joined a meeting, wrote in a chat or asked Mia — and bills for them alone; the owner is always counted. Members who went quiet keep their access and cost nothing. Guests who join by link and everyone outside your team pay nothing. Basic is free; Enterprise is contact sales. No. Guests open the meeting link, enter a name and knock; the host admits them from a notification. In the meeting a guest speaks, hears and reads in their own language, subtitles and chat included. Only the host needs an InterMIND account. After the meeting the recap, transcript and recording stay with the host's account and its members, and the chat of an ad-hoc call is wiped for everyone when the call ends. On the exit screen a guest can keep the meeting — a free account opens that one session's recap in their language — or ask the host to add them: the host's click sends an email invite, and accepting it with a free account makes the guest a member, so the next sessions and their recaps reach them.

Meeting audio is processed on dedicated translation infrastructure — not routed through generic third-party APIs. All runtime data stays in the EU. See the security overview →
