Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial. Add a card to start; nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Each plan has two rolling 30-day allowances: voice (minutes) and chat (words). Voice counts the wall-clock duration of meetings where at least one phrase was translated — sessions with no translation are free. Business and Enterprise have unlimited voice.
Pro and Business are priced per user. Pick seats at checkout; add or remove anytime and the change is prorated automatically.
Enterprise is quoted per organization — based on user count and data-residency needs. Use Contact sales on the Enterprise card to start a conversation.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period (or trial). After that, the account moves to the free Basic plan.
All runtime data stays in the EU: translation engine on our own infrastructure in France, meeting orchestration in Paris, database in Frankfurt. Voice and chat translation never touch generic third-party APIs.
The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the product without paying. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable; refunds follow the refund policy of the payment provider that processed your purchase.
