Add teammates by name, not by email address

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 once, read-only. From then on, growing your team is a directory search: name, job title, department — pick a person and they're in. The same accounts power two-way calendar sync for your meetings.

The directory is searched live — nothing is imported until an admin adds a person, and only owners and admins can look people up.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect read-only

A team owner or admin authorizes Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 from the Integrations page. The access is read-only: InterMIND can look people up in the directory, nothing more.

  2. 2

    Search your org by name

On the Users page, the member picker searches the live directory as you type. Results show each person's job title and department, and mark who is already on the team.

  3. 3

    Add without invite links

Colleagues who already use InterMIND are added on the spot; everyone else gets a pre-approved membership that activates the first time they sign in. Each added person is notified by email.

  4. 4

Calendars sync with the same accounts

The same Google and Microsoft connections drive two-way calendar sync: scheduled meetings land in calendars with the join link, and reschedules made in the calendar flow back.

Connect it from the Integrations page

The docs cover connecting and disconnecting a directory, what read-only access means for each provider, and adding members from the directory on the Users page.
