Preview features
What we are building right now. Every feature on this page is unfinished: it may change, break or disappear without notice. Nothing is on by default, and nothing here is part of a plan until it leaves preview.
To try one, open Settings → Advanced in the app, accept the alpha terms and switch it on. Switch it off at any time.
Mia in meetings
Alpha previewMia takes part in your meetings: she answers aloud when someone says her name and leaves her notes in the chat. Paid plans only; everyone in the room hears her.
Your meetings: participants and guests see or hear it. · In preview since September 2026
Undo send in the meeting chat
Alpha previewEvery message you send in the meeting chat waits five seconds with an Undo button. While it waits, your account's AI reads it once and warns when it looks personal.
Your account only. · In preview since September 2026
Reaction and «more» buttons under the mouse
Alpha previewThe reaction and «more» buttons show on a chat message while the pointer is over it, instead of only in the message menu.
Your account only. · In preview since October 2026
Notification when someone joins
Alpha previewA notification when someone joins your meeting while you are away from the tab or the app.
Your account only. · In preview since September 2026
Colleagues from your company
Alpha previewWhen a team starts, the payer sees who from the company's e-mail domain is already here and invites them by name; a newcomer whose colleague already runs a team asks to join instead of paying twice.
Your account only. · In preview since October 2026
Team status pages
Alpha previewPages with the facts your organization's meetings stated — tasks, promises, problems, money at stake — each with its quote, read in the app and through connected AI assistants. An admin switches it on for the whole organization.
The whole organization: an admin switches it on for everyone. · In preview since October 2026
Mia's notes beside the conversation
Alpha previewMia's notes fold into a rail next to the message they follow instead of taking a row of their own in the chat.
Your account only. · In preview since October 2026
Alpha terms (version 2026-10-20)
Preview features are alpha software. They may change, break or disappear without notice; they are provided as is, without warranty of any kind; InterMIND is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use. A preview may process the same meeting, chat and file content as the rest of the product, under the same privacy policy. Switching a preview on records the date and the version of these terms on your account or your organization; switching it off records nothing. Feedback goes to support@intermind.com.
