Any service in your channel. One email address.

Every channel has its own email address. Anything that can send email can post to it — no bot, no token, nothing to install — and every member reads it in their own language, on every device.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create the channel address

As the channel host, open the channel's display settings (gear icon) → Email to channel → Create address. You get a private address like token@in.intermind.com.

  2. 2

    Paste it into any tool

Wherever a service asks for a notification email — monitoring, ticketing, billing, CI, a newsletter — use the channel address. There is nothing to configure on the InterMIND side.

  3. 3

    It lands in the channel

The message arrives with the sender named and attachments intact. Signatures and quoted reply tails are stripped, so the channel shows the content, not the boilerplate.

  4. 4

Everyone reads it in their language

Members see it live on web and desktop and get a push on mobile — each in the language they think in, like any other message in the channel.

Addresses, limits, and the personal Inbox

The docs cover creating and rotating a channel address, the personal Inbox address, size and rate limits, and how attachments count toward storage.
