Same page. Everyone's language.

Click a linked Drive or OneDrive document in the chat while you're in a meeting and it opens for the whole room, right next to the video. Everyone reads the same document — each in their own interface language.

One document open for the room, next to the video. Each viewer reads it in their own interface language — and on their own page, because this is not follow-me.

How it works

  1. 1

    Link the doc in chat

Paste a Google Drive or OneDrive link the way you would anyway.

  2. 2

    Click it during the call

Any participant can put it in front of the room — you don't have to be the host.

  3. 3

    It opens for everyone

The document appears next to the video tiles, and late joiners get it too — the room remembers what's open.

  4. 4

    Each in their own language

Every viewer's copy opens in their own interface language, so the menus and chrome aren't someone else's.

Files, notes, and what the room keeps

The docs cover what you can attach, the storage limits, and how shared notes are written together and translated per reader.
