InterMIND integrates with external services to enhance your workflow — from push notifications and calendar apps to enterprise directory sync and SSO.

Push Notifications

Receive browser notifications for new messages and events even when InterMIND isn't in the foreground.

Enabling Push Notifications

  1. Go to SettingsApplication section
  2. Find the Push Notifications option
  3. Click Enable Notifications
  4. Your browser will ask for permission — click Allow

Unblocking Notifications

If you accidentally blocked notifications:

  1. Click the lock/info icon in your browser's address bar
  2. Find the "Notifications" permission
  3. Change it from "Block" to "Allow"
  4. Reload the page and enable notifications in Settings

Calendar Integration

Connect your preferred calendar to quickly add meetings as events.

Setting Up Calendar

  1. Go to SettingsApplication section
  2. Under Calendar Integration, choose:
    • Google Calendar (default)
    • Outlook Calendar
  3. Your selection is saved automatically

How It Works

When you create or schedule a meeting in InterMIND, you'll see an option to add it to your calendar. Clicking it opens your selected calendar app with the meeting details pre-filled.

Domain Management

Verify your organization's domains to enable SSO and automatic team membership.

Adding a Domain

  1. Go to SettingsDomain Management section
  2. Type your domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) in the input field
  3. Press Enter, comma, or space to add it
  4. The domain appears with a "pending" status

Verifying a Domain

Domains are verified via DNS TXT records:

  1. Copy the verification code shown for your domain
  2. Add a DNS TXT record in your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare)
  3. Use the verification code as the TXT record value
  4. Click Verify All or wait for the 60-second automatic check
  5. Once DNS propagates, the domain status changes to "verified" ✓

SSO & SAML

Available on: Business and Enterprise plans

Supported SSO Types

Setting Up SSO

  1. Go to SettingsSSO & SAML section
  2. Select your SSO provider type
  3. Enter the required configuration details
  4. Save the configuration
  5. Team members from your verified domain can now sign in via SSO

Technical Details

When configuring your Identity Provider, use:

  • SP Entity ID: intermind-{your-user-id}
  • ACS URL: https://app.inter-mind.com/__/auth/handler

Directory Integration

Sync your organization's user directory to simplify team management.

Supported Providers

Connecting a Directory

  1. Go to SettingsDirectory Integration section
  2. Click Connect next to your provider
  3. Sign in with an admin account in the OAuth popup
  4. Grant read-only access to the user directory
  5. The connection status updates to "Connected"

Important: An admin account on the provider side is required. Only read access to the user directory is requested — InterMIND never modifies your directory.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect next to a connected provider to remove the directory integration.

Data Export

Download all your data from InterMIND in a single ZIP file.

How to Export

  1. Go to SettingsData Export section
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. A progress bar shows the export status with percentage and file list
  4. When complete, click Download to save the ZIP file

The download link expires after 1 hour. If it expires, run the export again.
