Recap redesign, mobile screen sharing, and Microsoft Calendar sync

This week brings major upgrades to calendar reliability, meeting recaps, and mobile screen sharing. You can now connect Microsoft Calendar, edit scheduled meetings directly on the web, and view recaps in a dedicated tabbed interface.

New

• Microsoft Calendar sync — Connect Microsoft Calendar alongside Google Calendar to keep your schedules synchronized.
• Edit scheduled meetings on web — Modify existing scheduled meetings directly from the web UI without needing to recreate them.
• Mobile screen sharing — Send and receive screen shares on mobile, featuring gesture-based zoom and landscape mode support.
• Recap redesign — Meeting recaps open from the /meetings panel into a dedicated page with Summary and Transcript tabs, a rich text editor, and correct speaker name attribution.
• Billing usage by host — The /billing/usage page now attributes voice, chat, and document quotas to specific hosts.
• Arabic and Hindi translations — Added Arabic and Hindi to the translation language picker, bringing the total to 24 supported languages.
• Member role navigation — Members now see only Meetings, Chats, and Settings. Backup & Restore and Calendar options have been moved into Settings.

Improved

• Calendar sync reliability — Scheduled meetings now mirror your calendar exactly. Past and canceled events move to Recent, sync status updates live across devices without reloads, and sync pulls are no longer all-or-nothing.
• Meetings list interface — The web meetings list shows accurate titles, per-row agendas, and hides secondary actions behind a "⋯" menu for a cleaner layout.
• Sidebar navigation — Reorganized navigation into two groups, renamed Organization to Billing, and display your active languages in the account card.
• Translation language access — Moved the translation language selector directly into the web meeting cockpit's "More" menu for easier access during calls.
• Channel invite notifications — You now receive in-app and push notifications when invited to a channel, with invite actions unified into a single, clearer drawer.
• Onboarding and login — The "Get started" checklist is expanded by default and auto-checks items, while email login errors are now fully localized.
• App update indicator — Replaced disruptive update toasts with a passive dot on your avatar that prompts you to reload when a new version is ready.
• Mobile laser pointer — Smoothed the fading effect of the laser pointer for a more natural drawing experience.

Fixed

• Audio translation after language change — Translated audio now resumes correctly if you change your own language mid-meeting.
• Device selection resets — Microphone, camera, and speaker choices no longer revert to defaults unexpectedly.
• Meeting finalization failures — Lost close events or digest failures no longer leave meetings permanently stuck without a final summary.
• Mobile Join screen keyboard overlap — The join form is no longer covered by the on-screen keyboard on mobile devices.
• Calendar OAuth popups — Fixed an issue where the calendar connection popup failed to open correctly in Safari and Firefox.
• Guest join errors — Guests joining a non-existent meeting now see a "Meeting not found" message instead of an infinite waiting screen, and post-approval joins have a retry screen.
• Security hardening — Fixes from our ongoing security review.
