Message forwarding, recap BCC, Telegram routing, Chrome extension, mobile translator
This release adds message forwarding between chats, recap BCC recipients for CRM delivery, a Chrome side-panel extension, a dedicated mobile translator app, and Telegram routing — alongside faster channel opening, a recap picker redesign, and reliability fixes across the translation engine and mobile apps.
New
Forward messages between chats — Forward messages from one channel to another. A staging draft appears over the target chat's input so you can add a comment before sending. Recap documents forward as links; their read access stays controlled by the original meeting.
Recap BCC recipients — Send meeting summaries to any CRM or tracker via incoming email with no integrations. Add up to 10 addresses per host; new addresses must be confirmed via a test email before BCC is sent. Addresses can apply to all your meetings or to a specific channel or meeting.
Android share sheet — Share text and files into InterMIND from any Android app. Files up to 25 MB each are sent as individual messages to your Inbox or a chosen channel.
Telegram routing — Incoming Telegram messages route to InterMIND channels: group messages go to the channel with the matching name, and messages from a linked personal account go to channels by binding. Name matching is exact and case-insensitive; ambiguous names go to your Inbox.
Mobile translator app — A dedicated app for person-to-person translation. Languages auto-detect from greetings, audio is buffered so translation doesn't interrupt the speaker, and direction follows the speaker.
Chrome side-panel extension — InterMIND opens as a Chrome side panel with login handoff, a meetings hub, and a screen-share picker. The panel preserves your theme, locale, and preferences across sessions.
Public status dashboard — Real-time service status is available at status.intermind.com, covering application, realtime channel, translation engine, and authentication.
Screen scroll and zoom on shared tabs — When a participant shares a browser tab, anyone can scroll and zoom the shared content with their mouse wheel.
Stage sync and Present button — The presenter's main-area share now follows to everyone automatically. An explicit "Present to everyone" button replaces the previous implicit click-to-sync. Shared recap on stage renders the full session shell with both tabs; timestamps open the transcript in place.
Android screen share — Share your screen from the Android app during a meeting using Android's screen-capture permission.
Meeting countdown — Upcoming meetings show "In N min · 15:00" starting 30 minutes before start, with a live ticker that updates without a page refresh.
Drag-and-drop files — Drop files anywhere on the app window to upload them to a chat. A collapsed sidebar opens automatically during the drag and closes after.
Drag-select and bulk delete messages — Select multiple chat messages by dragging with the mouse, then delete them together. Selection locks are visible and explained inline.
Improved
Chat channel opening speed — Channels now open in about 0.9 s instead of 2.5–4 s.
Chat roster and contact field — Channel rosters show the host first, then participants alphabetically — matching the meetings hub. The shared contact picker gains a one-click "clear all" button, two-line name + email entries, and a search icon that hides when recipients are selected.
Meetings hub — A split "New meeting | calendar" button lets you create and join instantly or schedule without entering. Join by link or ID from the search field. The web hub on mobile no longer shows a redundant title bar.
Mobile settings and SSO — Settings use inset card grouping with a dedicated Profile sub-screen for name editing and account deletion. SSO login no longer shows a second dialog.
Mobile translation — Several fixes across platforms:
| Fix | What changed |
|---|---|
| Both directions | Translation works in both directions; the speaker's language follows the speech |
| Single-language silence | Original audio is muted only when participant languages differ |
| Pool exhaustion | When the host's translation pool is exhausted, the phone hears the original |
| Settings not reaching conferences | Translation language set in Settings now reaches conferences |
| Overwrite by original | Translated text no longer gets overwritten by the original message |
Translation engine — Engine timeouts are now terminal: no retry duplicates, and the translator job is deleted to free GPU. Completed translation phrases stream to chat as they arrive.
Recap picker and confirmation — The recap address picker uses the same chip grammar as the contact field: chips live inside the input, paste adds multiple addresses at once, and status is shown by chip color. A counter in the channel menu shows how many addresses are attached. Confirmation from the email redirects into the app with a success toast — no dead-end page.
Recap cleanup — Empty recaps without a summary no longer spam chat and email. Links expire when their surface is hidden, archived, or deleted. The session rail is restored for channel recap pages.
Conference UI — Video tiles show a large centered avatar when the camera is off. Toasts follow a consistent spec with the requester's real avatar on knock notifications. A close button is added to the live subtitles field.
Onboarding empty states — Empty pages across the app now show getting-started steps, documentation links, and live translation previews.
Benchmark page — A quarterly picker in the hero switches the entire page, with comparison deltas against the previous quarter.
Pricing and billing — Paddle checkout and portal are live as merchant of record. Prices reflect your region in local currency with PPP adjustments.
Downloads page — Reframed around two paths: browser for guests and one-off meetings, desktop and mobile apps for daily channel users.
Browser extension polish — The "tabs" permission is removed (it triggered an unnecessary "Read your browsing history" warning). Icons use transparent alpha. The panel opens the meetings hub for logged-in users.
Accessibility — Read-receipts and star-rating containers now have proper role="img" and aria-labels.
Fixed
Security hardening — Fixes from our ongoing security review.
Lost first click after deploy — The first navigation click after a new deployment no longer reloads the current page instead of the target.
Database overload from stale assets — Stale asset requests after deploy no longer exhaust the database connection pool; they return a cheap 404 without database access.
Mobile rejoin unmute — Rejoining a meeting no longer unmutes the microphone when the UI shows it as muted.
Android screen resize crash — A deadlock triggered by screen rotation during a call is fixed (upstream SDK patch adopted, vendor workaround removed).
Microsoft calendar sync — Push subscriptions for Microsoft calendars now create correctly (the TTL was just above the Graph API ceiling).
Demo transcription — Mind ASR on the demo path is re-enabled; it had been silent since early July.
