How to get a copy of every meeting recap in your CRM or help desk by email — no integration, one confirmed address (2026)
The recap is only useful where the next person will look for it. If you searched "send meeting notes to my CRM automatically", the short answer for InterMIND needs no integration at all: the host adds the CRM's inbound address as a recap copy recipient on the meeting or channel, confirms it once, and every recap of that room is sent there as a hidden BCC. This guide is the rest: where the field is, how the confirmation works, what the copy contains, who can open the links inside it, and when the email route stops being enough.
Set it up
The host of a meeting or channel adds the address in one of two places:
- Meetings page — expand the meeting's row and fill the Recap copy: field.
- Channel chat — the display-settings menu (the gear icon) → Recap copy.
Type the inbound address of the tool — a Pipedrive Smart BCC address, a HubSpot forwarding address, a Zendesk support address, a tracker's mail-in address. A confirmed address is saved to your personal address book, up to ten, and can be reused across your meetings and channels; addresses can apply to all your meetings or to one channel or meeting.
