Your meetings, from the assistant you already use: connect InterMIND to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini (MCP connector)

Q: Can the assistant schedule a meeting in my calendar?

Yes. schedule_meeting takes a local time, an IANA time zone, a duration and invitee emails, creates the meeting and writes the event to the Google or Microsoft calendar connected to your InterMIND account. Without a connected calendar the link still works and the assistant tells you to send the invite yourself.

Most of a working day now runs through one assistant: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini, whichever the company pays for. The assistant reads your mail, your calendar and your documents. Until now, your meetings lived outside it: to know what was agreed on last week's call you opened another app.

InterMIND ships a remote MCP server — the open protocol every major assistant speaks. Connect it once, and the assistant acts as you inside your InterMIND account: creates and schedules meetings, reads recaps and transcripts, searches what was decided, reads and posts in your channels. Every participant still takes part in their own language; the assistant does not need to know which language the call was in.

What you can ask

The assistant picks the tool from your wording. These are the requests the tools were built for, with what happens behind each.

Two things the table implies. Reading is limited to meetings you host or attend: a meeting you are not in answers "not found", never a summary. And posting is as you, under your name; the assistant should show you the text before it goes out, and the prompts in our published Copilot agent tell it to.

How to connect

The server URL is https://intermind.com/api/mcp. Sign-in is OAuth: the assistant opens an InterMIND page that lists what it will be able to do, you allow it, and the connection appears in Settings → API keys under the assistant's name, where you can revoke it at any time. Clients that take a static header instead (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot Studio) use an API key from the same page.

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): InterMIND is listed in the Claude Connectors Directory — open it, click Connect, allow the connection. Or add it by URL under Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector.
ChatGPT: turn on Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode, create a connector with the server URL and OAuth. Available on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu; in a workspace an admin allows custom connectors.
Microsoft 365 Copilot: in Copilot Studio, Tools → Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol, the server URL, OAuth 2.0 → Dynamic discovery. The InterMIND agent for the Microsoft 365 store is in review.
Gemini: in the Gemini web app, Settings & help → Connected apps → Custom apps for Spark → Add a custom app with the server URL (personal Google accounts; Google offers this in the US, in English). A team on Gemini Enterprise adds the server once for everyone through the administrator's Connected apps; the connection guide has the client registration and the form values.
Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Claude Code: a remote MCP server with the URL above; OAuth where the editor supports it, otherwise an API key in the Authorization header.

The server is also in the official MCP Registry as com.intermind/intermind, so any client that browses the registry finds it by name.

Who can connect

Every registered InterMIND account, including the free Basic plan; guests cannot connect apps. The assistant sees exactly what the connected account sees — its own meetings, channels and recaps — and nothing from a meeting the account is not in.

If you connected InterMIND before September 2026, the connection carries the two rights that existed then: meeting links and recaps. It does not gain the new rights on its own. Reconnect InterMIND in your assistant, or create a new key in Settings → API keys; a tool the connection lacks answers with that exact instruction.

What the connector does not do

It does not join the meeting or speak in it. Mia, the assistant inside the room, is a separate feature with its own rules about who may give her orders.
It does not search transcripts. search_recaps matches a phrase against the current summary of each session; for the words themselves, ask for the transcript.
It does not translate on demand. A transcript comes back in the language it was spoken unless the room already translated it for your account; chat messages carry the translation the room made for you, when there is one.
It does not change your settings, invite members, or delete anything.
It does not see the meetings of other people in your team, even when you are the team owner.

In which language does the assistant get the meeting

In the language the connected account uses in that meeting. Recaps are written once and translated for every participant; the assistant reads the recap the account sees. Chat messages come back as written, with the cached translation into the account's chat language next to them. The assistant can translate further itself, but the source it reads is already in your language wherever the room made one.

FAQ

What are Claude connectors, and is InterMIND one of them? Connectors are the remote MCP servers Claude can use from a conversation. InterMIND is listed in the Claude Connectors Directory; connecting it takes a click on the listing and an allow on the InterMIND consent page. Any other MCP client connects by the server URL.

How do I add a custom connector to ChatGPT? Turn on Developer mode under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, then create a connector with https://intermind.com/api/mcp and OAuth authentication. ChatGPT opens the InterMIND consent page; after you allow, the tools appear in the conversation.

Can a Copilot agent read my meeting notes? Through Copilot Studio, yes: add InterMIND as an MCP tool to an agent, and it can list your recaps, search them and read transcripts of meetings you attend. The agent InterMIND submitted to the Microsoft 365 store bundles the same tools with ready conversation starters.

Does Gemini support MCP servers? Personal Google accounts add custom MCP servers in the Gemini web app under Connected apps (US, English, on Google's terms). Gemini Enterprise lets a team administrator add a custom MCP server for the whole team with an OAuth client; Gemini inside Gmail, Docs and Meet takes only the integrations Google ships itself, as of September 2026.

What can the assistant do with my InterMIND account? Create and schedule meetings, list your meetings, read recaps and transcripts, search recaps by phrase, read and post in your channels, and list the documents shared in your meetings. Ten tools; the table above maps them to requests.

Is it safe to connect my meetings to an AI assistant? The connection is a credential you grant on a consent page that lists every right, revocable in Settings → API keys. The assistant acts as your account and only within it; it cannot read a meeting you are not in. Which assistant vendor stores what from the conversation is that vendor's policy, not InterMIND's.

Do I need a paid plan? No. Every registered account can connect an assistant, including Basic. Guests cannot.

Why does a tool answer that I need to reconnect? The connection was made before that right existed. Reconnect InterMIND in your assistant or create a new API key; the new connection carries all ten tools.

Which language will the assistant get the recap in? The one your account sees in that meeting. Recaps are written once and translated for every participant, so the assistant reads yours.
