Start the meeting from Slack,
get the recap back in the thread

Your team keeps working in Slack. Type /intermind in a channel — the join link lands there, and when the meeting ends its recap comes back under the same message. Name a time and the meeting is scheduled instead.

You sign in to InterMIND first — the meeting is hosted by your account. Then Integrations → Slack → Add to Slack.

Three steps

    Add the app

    Integrations → Slack → Add to Slack, pick the workspace, approve. The person who adds it is connected right away.

  2. 2

    Type /intermind

    In any channel, with an optional title. The app posts the join link; teammates without an account join as guests and you admit them.

  3. 3

    Read the recap in the thread

    When the meeting ends, the recap is posted as a reply under the join message — with a link that opens it in each reader's own language.

What else the app does

  • Meetings at a time you name

    /intermind tomorrow 3pm Weekly sync posts the join link now and the meeting sits in your upcoming list; the recap comes back to the same thread when it ends.

  • Meeting links become cards

    Paste an InterMIND meeting or recap link anywhere in Slack and it unfurls into a card: the title, the host, the scheduled time, a Join button. Nothing more than the join screen shows.

  • A Home tab

    Click InterMIND in the Slack sidebar: whether your account is connected, where your recaps go, and a Start a meeting button — the link comes to you as a direct message.

What the app can and cannot see

It requests five Slack permissions — and none that reads your messages.

Replaces such a link with a card

No scope for reading messages, files, channels or the member list is requested, so the app cannot read them. Of what is posted it receives only links to intermind.com. Messages are not synced between Slack and InterMIND.

A recap posted to Slack is stored by Slack under your workspace's own retention settings. Keep “recaps here” off for meetings whose recap should stay in InterMIND.
