Your Slack history,
readable in 23 languages
What changes for your team
The three questions a team asks before it imports — answered for the space the history moves into.
What happens to the history
Every imported channel keeps its messages, threads, pins and reactions with their original timestamps. Re-uploading the same export updates the channels instead of duplicating them.
What each member reads
A member who reads Polish reads the imported history in Polish; a member who reads German reads it in German — translation is the space's default layer, for the history as for new messages, on our own engine.
Who pays
The host pays for the plan — only for the members active in the previous 28 days. Guests and everyone you invite to a channel join by link and pay nothing; translation is included, not an add-on.
Three steps
- 1
Export the workspace in Slack
A Slack owner or admin exports the workspace from Settings & administration → Import/Export Data. Slack documents public channels on every plan; private channels need a paid plan and Slack's approval.
- 2
Upload the ZIP in InterMIND
Settings → Backup & Restore → Restore from Backup. InterMIND recognizes the Slack export by its contents and lists your channels with their message counts.
- 3
Pick channels and invite your team
Choose the channels to bring over and confirm. Authors are matched to your team by e-mail; everyone else keeps their Slack name. Then invite your teammates — members are not added automatically.
