Outreach partner — paid per verified live inclusion
Remote · contract · pay per result · finite program
The short version
You get editorial "best X" roundups and comparison articles to include InterMIND. When an inclusion goes live, you submit the URL. Our system verifies it automatically against the criteria below. Every verified mention pays $100 once, plus $20 for each month it stays live, for up to 12 months — up to $340 per mention. On a domain with Ahrefs DR 80+, everything is tripled: $300 once plus $60 per month.
Once a month you receive the list of your live verified mentions. That list is the statement and the invoice — one payment per month, no reports to write, no calls to attend.
The program is finite: it closes after 10 verified inclusions across all partners, first verified, first paid.
We may end the program, or cooperation with any partner, at any time without cause. Nothing verified is lost when that happens: every verified mention is bought out — its remaining months up to the 12-month cap are paid at once.
What qualifies
Every criterion below is checked by a machine, on submission and again every month. A mention that fails any of them — or dies, or changes — earns nothing from that point. There is no appeal process and no judgment call; this is exactly why we can promise payment without meetings.
- The page is live and publicly reachable.
- It is an editorial article — a roundup, listicle or comparison — on a domain with Ahrefs DR ≥ 40.
- It mentions InterMIND and links to intermind.com. How the link is tagged (
relattributes, sponsorship disclosure) is between you and the editor — it does not affect payment. - The mention describes InterMIND within the frame below.
How to describe InterMIND
This is the part that most often disqualifies a mention, so read it once, carefully.
For teams that work across languages, InterMIND is a communication space that outlives the call: meetings, chat, documents, recaps, and their full history — each in every participant's own language. The host provides it for everyone — not for one meeting, but for good.
A sentence or two derived from that is all an article needs. Three framings fail verification:
- A translation tool or translation service. InterMIND is a communication space; translation is how it works, not what it is.
- "Video meetings" as the lead noun. The space persists — channels, chat and history — a mention that reduces it to calls fails.
- "For teams without a common language." The audience is any team working across languages — everyone is smarter in the language they think in, natives included.
Facts you can hand an editor, all verifiable: participants get everything in their own language at no cost — the host provides the space; guests join by link with no signup; customers choose the jurisdiction their data lives in; translation quality is publicly measured at intermind.com/benchmark; independent reviews are on G2.
What we do not pay for
- "Best translation tools / translation software" roundups — the wrong shelf, see above.
- Dead or abandoned articles: a mention on a page nobody maintains tends to fail the monthly re-check quickly. Pitch articles that are alive and updated; it is your revenue that depends on it.
- Anything sent in our name. You pitch from your own identity and your own domain. You may say you work with InterMIND on outreach; you may not sign as InterMIND or use our domain to send.
How it works
- First contact. Use the form on this page: who you are, which publications you have placed clients in, two or three links to inclusions you have already landed for anyone. You get an automatic confirmation by email; there is no approval step and no contract negotiation — the terms on this page are the terms.
- You pitch. Your target list, your relationships, your letters. We provide nothing to send and nobody to talk to — this page is the brief.
- You submit live URLs through the same form as they go live. Each one is verified automatically; you get the result by email, with the reason if it failed. A fixed page can be submitted again.
- We pay. A monthly statement of live mentions arrives by email — that email is the invoice, reply to it with your payment details. One monthly payment. Payments for a mention end after 12 months; the mention staying up beyond that is between you and the editor.
