The minutes are ready before you close the tab
When the call ends, InterMIND writes it up from the meeting's own transcript — no note-taker, no bot in the participant list, nothing to prompt.
Then we're a go for the twelfth, conditional on Marco's dry run coming back clean.
I still think the minimum seat count should go from three to five.
I'll run the dry run against the full dataset and post the diff in the channel.
Every line keeps the timestamp it came from, so any claim can be checked against the transcript.
How the recap gets written
- 1
The meeting is finalized
Ending the call kicks off the recap. There is no note-taker bot in the participant list and no per-meeting toggle to remember.
- 2
The transcript is read back
Long meetings are processed in overlapping windows and merged, so a three-hour call comes back as one story instead of twelve fragments.
- 3
The record is structured, not paraphrased
Overview and key takeaways, points marked agreed, open or disputed with the speakers attached, action items with owners, open questions, and up to seven topics — each carrying the timestamp it came from.
- 4
It lands in the meeting chat
The recap arrives as a document in the chat and at a link only signed-in members of that meeting can open. Members with edit rights can correct it, and every revision is kept.
See it on a real meeting
The example below is a complete recap rendered by the same code that writes yours — including the timestamps that jump back into the transcript.
