About the product

InterMIND is a communication space for teams that work across languages: meetings, chat, documents and recaps, each participant seeing and hearing everything in the language they think in. It runs on the web, on iOS and Android, and on the desktop, with several participants, roles (host, member, guest) and 17 interface languages. That surface is what you will be breaking.

What you will do

Test the product every working day and report what breaks. Not "run test cases" — explore: join a meeting from two devices, switch languages mid-call, invite a guest, reload at the wrong moment, compare what the product promises with what it does.
Work from short daily charters we give you (for example: "a guest joins via link from Android, the host approves, both switch languages mid-call"). You decide how to break it.
Write bug reports that a developer can reproduce without asking you a single question.
Re-check fixed bugs when we ask.

What a good bug report looks like

This is the whole job.

Title — one line, what is broken, not what you did.
Environment — device, OS, browser and version, app version, your interface language, your translation language.
Steps — numbered, from a fresh start, exactly what you clicked or said.
Expected vs actual.
Evidence — screenshot or screen recording. For anything involving voice or translation, a recording of what was said and what was shown.
Identifiers — the meeting link, the time (UTC, to the minute), the account e-mail used.
Reproducibility — how many times you tried, how many times it happened.

A report without steps, evidence or identifiers is not accepted.

Who fits

Patient and meticulous: you can run the same three-minute scenario ten times to tell a random glitch from a real bug.
Curious about how things break, and not offended when a report turns out to be "works as designed".
Comfortable with the basics: opening the browser console, recording the screen, using two devices or two accounts at once.
Written English good enough for precise reports. A second language you actually speak is a real plus — we test translation with real speech.
Reliable availability at agreed hours, not "when I have time".

Not required

QA certifications, test automation, programming, prior experience with AI products. We give you the criteria for what counts as a translation bug; your job is the evidence.

How we hire

A paid one-week trial. Three charters, your reports, our review — the task is published here: Trial week — QA exploratory testing (PDF). Reports are evaluated on how many of them we can reproduce from your steps alone, not on how many you file.
Contract if the trial goes well: hourly, remote, with an agreed weekly schedule.

A laptop (Windows or macOS) with a webcam and a headset, a smartphone (Android or iOS), and a stable internet connection.
